The Opportunity
Ski Patrollers are the guardian angels of the mountain. We are currently seeking an experienced Ski Patrol Coordinator, or individual with advanced first aid and team supervising experience to oversee our team of skilled first responders.
The Ski Patrol Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ski patrol team, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, and coordinating/leading emergency response efforts around the resort. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication/decision-making skills, and a passion for outdoor activities and safety.

Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is a family-oriented snow play park and has the distinction of being the closest alpine snow resort to Melbourne, just a short 2-hour drive from the city centre. It features over 35 km of world-class cross-country skiing trails.
What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- ASPA Advanced Emergency Care or equivalent
- Current driver license
- Previous demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
- Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Available to work weekends and school holidays.
- Available from April to October 2026.
