We are looking for an experienced, values-driven Operations and Finance Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to use your finance and operational expertise in a role with genuine community impact.
The role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Operations and Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring Rotorua Community Hospice operates efficiently, sustainably and in line with its financial, legislative and compliance obligations.
You will be a key adviser to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and Board, providing clear financial information, practical operational support and sound advice to support effective decision-making.
This is a hands-on, varied role. While you will contribute to financial planning, reporting and organisational improvement, you will also take direct ownership of the day-to-day financial and operational work that keeps Hospice running smoothly.
