Join our Power and Communication Services business unit in Dunedin (Head Office) as an Administrator. Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations, supporting key internal stakeholders such as the General Manager and Regional Manager.
As our Administrator, you will manage various administrative tasks essential to our daily operations. This includes accurate invoicing and data entry into our ERP system, timely creation of work packs and documentation, and meticulous management of company records and communications. Your attention to detail and adherence to company procedures will ensure that all processes—from health and safety protocols to customer communications—are handled efficiently and professionally.
What you need to succeed:
Albeit no formal education is required, you are required to hold a full Class 1 New Zealand driver’s license. The ideal applicant will have strong technical proficiency with office software, email systems, and database management tools, as well as excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to quickly learn new software packages.
