Are you an experienced Line Mechanic ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated leader to join our Alexandra team as a Line Mechanic Team Leader, supporting the delivery of construction, maintenance and fault response activities while leading and mentoring a high-performing crew. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your technical expertise and develop your leadership capability within Delta.
In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, coordinating daily work activities, supporting team development, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping others succeed while maintaining Delta's commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
