About the role:

We’re seeking a Metering Coordinator to support our Current Transformer (CT) metering operations.

This is a key position, ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently, accurately, and always to the highest standard.

You’ll be the go-to for coordinating both administrative and customer-facing activities—ranging from preparing Meter Installation Certification (MIC) reports for review and sign-off, liaising with customers for site access and appointments, supporting job pricing and invoicing during project close-out, to maintaining ATH training manuals and providing backup for our CSRs when needed.

What you need to succeed

• NCEA Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Current Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• 3+ years’ administration experience (preferably in the electricity industry)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
• Reliability, organisational skills, and a commitment to service excellence
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices
    

Desirable:

• Familiarity with statistics, uncertainty, and error calculations
• Experience preparing CT metering (MIC) reports
• Knowledge of the Electricity Industry Participation Code (Part 10)
• Experience working within quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001)

• This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.
• This role is based in Dunedin, South Island, New Zealand
