To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Full EWRB Registration and a current Practising Licence as a Cable Jointer.
• A full Class 1 New Zealand driver’s licence (Class 4 desirable).
• At least 3 years’ experience in distribution cable jointing and termination across cable technologies such as PILC and XLPE.
• Proven experience in leadership, mentoring, or coordinating a crew in the field would be highly advantageous.
• Strong safety awareness and a commitment to working to industry best practice and company procedures.
• Physical resilience, reliability, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong, respectful working relationships.
