What you need to succeed:

• Document Management, data entry, and reporting experience.
• Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the use of Word and Excel.
• A high level of organisational and planning skills.
• An established history of success in completing tasks to agreed targets.
• Experience in financial and job costing systems, both mainframe and PC based, would be highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Decision-making skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Confidentiality.
