About the Role:
As Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery of customer-facing services, ensuring performance meets contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You’ll lead a team of 9 direct and 4 indirect reports, cultivating a culture of safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
This role plays a critical part in supporting field operations and contractor management, while ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service outcomes and operational efficiency.
