Are you a motivated leader with a passion for managing greenspace projects and contracts? We’re seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of greenspace maintenance contracts and one-off project works in Alexandra.

The Role:
As Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day management of greenspace maintenance contracts.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met across all operations.
• Managing staff, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Driving customer satisfaction and ensuring contract KPIs are achieved.
• Identifying business opportunities and contributing to growth.
• You’ll lead a team of approximately 19 direct reports and work closely with our General Manager, Regional Business Manager, and other internal stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in turf/horticulture or similar contracting environments.
• A current driver’s licence.
• Budget preparation and financial management experience.
• Relevant industry qualifications.
• Commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
