We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Mower Operator to join our team in the Southland District. This hands-on role involves operating ride-on mowers, weed trimming, basic mechanical maintenance of equipment, and general gardening duties including weed spraying.

What You’ll Bring
We’re after someone who takes pride in their work and brings a strong sense of responsibility. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience operating ride-on mowers or similar machinery, preferably in a contract environment
• A Wheels endorsement (or willingness to obtain – we’ll provide training!)
• Familiarity with weed trimmers and other small plant equipment
• Basic mechanical know-how
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets contract standards
• A strong focus on health and safety, and a courteous approach with the public
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs
• Great teamwork and communication skills
