Delta is your smart thinking infrastructure specialist. We construct, manage, and maintain essential energy and environmental infrastructure. Every day we make a difference in the lives of New Zealanders. We make communities better for people to live, work and play in - keeping the lights on, the trees trimmed and the parks green.
Looking for your next step into leadership while staying close to the tools? We’re on the hunt for a Cable Jointer Team Leader to guide our (Queenstown) Frankton-based crew in the safe delivery of underground construction, maintenance, and fault response work. If you're experienced, motivated, and keen to mentor others, this is your opportunity to lead by example and shape the future of our frontline operations.
You'll oversee daily tasks and performance, ensuring work is done safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. From training and mentoring, to high-voltage switching, jointing, and fault response, your technical know-how and calm leadership will keep things humming. You’ll enjoy variety, challenge, and the reward of growing a capable, connected team.
At Delta, we back our people. You’ll be part of a high-performing, safety-first environment where your ideas count and your development matters. If you’ve got the leadership mindset, the field smarts, and the drive to get things done right, apply now and help keep communities connected.
