We have an exciting opportunity for a Utility Arborist to become part of our dedicated Tree Services Team. As a valued member of the Delta Trees crew, you’ll be responsible for a range of arborist duties — including vegetation clearance around power lines during scheduled maintenance and fault response operations, as well as undertaking chargeable arborist work.

• Highly motivated and a proven team player
• Proactive problem solver
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role
• Exhibits tidy and methodical work practices
• Has the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attendance and Health and Safety record

What you need to Succeed:

• Previous experience/training desirable
• Level 4 Arborist qualification or equivalent or working towards
• A demonstrated Health & Safety focused, ensuring own and others' safety at all times
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Good geographical knowledge of the region
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexible and reliable
• You will also need a full clean Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 preferred).
