Delta is your smart thinking infrastructure specialist. We construct, manage, and maintain essential energy and environmental infrastructure. Every day we make a difference in the lives of New Zealanders. We make communities better for people to live, work and play in - keeping the lights on, the trees trimmed and the parks green.
Here’s your chance to take the next step in your career with a key role delivering distribution pole packs, reconductoring, ground mounted equipment upgrades, and CIW works. We’re looking for someone ready to lead projects from initiation through to completion — delivering quality, safety, and commercial outcomes. Based in Central Otago, this is a great opportunity to be at the centre of project planning and execution in the Central Region.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are scoped, priced, and delivered on time and to the highest standards. You’ll be hands-on in planning and risk management while building great working relationships across the board. With a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and technical delivery, this role will challenge and grow your project leadership skills.
You will ideally bring:
- An electrical or engineering qualification.
- Full, clean Class 1 driver's licence.
- Project Management qualification/s, e.g. PMI / Prince.
- Experience managing engineering projects within a contracting environment.
