Delta is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Contract Administrator to join our Project Management Office in Dunedin. In this varied role, you’ll lead the preparation of tender submissions, provide contract administration for long-term contracts, and support our quality management system. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with best practice.
We're after someone who thrives on structure, quality, and deadlines, and who can remain calm under pressure while juggling multiple tasks. You’ll bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in technical writing, reporting, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office 365.
- Experience interpreting and applying contract conditions, specifications, and technical drawings.
The ideal person is calm, organised, and delivery-focused, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability. You're a natural communicator who can explain complex information clearly, build solid working relationships, and adapt quickly when things shift. Occasional travel within Otago will be required.
