THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate Counter Manager to join our team at Brisbane International Airport, delivering exceptional customer experiences within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

You will represent Chanel, a leading global cosmetic and fragrance brand, providing expert product knowledge and personalised service to international travellers.

This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a diverse, fast-paced, sales-driven environment.


YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities and maximise sales.
• Coach, motivate team members to provide excellence in customer service.
• Provide clear communication and consistent, constructive feedback on a daily/weekly basis to all Chanel team members
•  Ensure the Chanel counter is well-staffed, visually merchandised, and stocked to maximise sales.
• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner

  
ABOUT YOU

• Previous retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
• Strong product knowledge in the luxury beauty space
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality
• The ability to speak a second language will be highly regarded
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Brisbane Airport
• Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
• It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
