THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our Sydney Downtown Store, delivering exceptional customer experiences within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

You will represent leading global cosmetic and fragrance brands, providing expert product knowledge and personalised service to international travellers.

This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, enjoys connecting with customers, and thrives in a diverse, fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will have the opportunity to represent the following luxury brands:

• Jo Malone - Full Time 
• Le Labo - Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations
• Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
• Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock levels
   

ABOUT YOU

• Proven retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
• Excellent communication skills and vibrant personality
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, fragrance and skincare products
• Ability to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin)

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Sydney Downtown Store - Market St
• Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
