As a Senior Incident Responder within our CSIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team), you will perform forensic analysis — both during live incidents and post-mortem — helping build a safer digital society for individuals and organisations across Europe.
You'll join a multicultural, European incident response team, reporting directly to the CSIRT Manager, and contribute to developing new tools, techniques, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic analysis of post-mortem incidents
• Perform on-site and remote analysis, resolving threats/breaches in real time
• Act as subject matter expert on relevant projects and initiatives
• Participate in an on-call roster to ensure out-of-hours incident response coverage
• Help develop and enhance incident response plans, playbooks, internal tooling, and infrastructure
• Contribute to research on future capacity development for the CSIRT service

 
What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in incident response (digital forensics)
• Prior technical experience as a Pentester, SOC Analyst, Malware Analyst, or Threat Hunter
• Strong knowledge of host forensic analysis (Windows/Linux)
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and effective under high-pressure, high-stakes situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent Dutch, good level of English, French is a plus
