PPS Consulting is pleased to partner with our valued client, a global OEM specialist in heavy machinery, to source a Regional Sales Manager – Pipe Renewal & Cable Installation Solutions for their Oceania business.
About the Role
Based in the southern Brisbane corridor and reporting directly to the APAC Managing Director, this role offers a strategic, front-line commercial leadership opportunity within a growing international business.
Initially focused on establishing and expanding the company’s presence across Oceania, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving market growth, customer engagement and regional business performance. This position also offers a clear pathway to broader APAC leadership, with future scope for multi-country responsibility and regional expansion.
This newly created role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong blend of technical sales expertise, business development capability and application-level customer engagement experience, ideally within the sectors of pipe bursting, pipeline renewal, and cable installation using capstan winches.
The successful candidate will bring the ability to identify market opportunities, build strong customer relationships and provide technical solutions that support business growth across the region.
The role will involve regular travel throughout Oceania, with increasing exposure to the broader Asia Pacific region as the position evolves. In addition, the successful candidate will have opportunities for international travel to Europe for technical training, knowledge sharing and collaboration with global technical and commercial teams.
