We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Mine Operations Manager to lead a site team in Western NSW that is currently going through a period of significant change and growth.

You will need to be an experienced Mine Manager with a strong background in hard rock underground mining. As a confident operational expert, you will be capable of driving change with a real sense of urgency.

This is a critical site-leadership position and will oversee all aspects of their underground mining operations.  You will report directly to the General Manager, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the mine while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Proven experience as a Mine Manager in hard rock underground mining operations.
• Mining Engineering Degree or equivalent
• 15+ years underground mining experience with a minimum of 3 years as an alternate Mining Manager, Project Manager or Underground Manager,
• NSW MEM Practising Certificate (essential or ability to quickly acquire).
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strong focus on safety and team development.
• In-depth knowledge of mining regulations and best practices.
• Preference is to reside locally in Western NSW and actively contribute to the community however a DIDO or FIFO option will be considered for the right candidate.
