PPS Consulting are pleased to partner with our valued client, Alpha HPA, to source a Site Administrator, for their rapidly growing plant in Gladstone, Qld. 

Alpha HPA is an ASX-listed speciality metals and materials company. You will be working as part of a low environmental impact sustainable business, committed to supporting decarbonisation technologies with their innovative refining process. 

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to roll up their sleeves in order to get things done whilst engaging with a dynamic team of engineers, process technicians and scientists. 

This role will see the successful candidate provide administrative support to the Gladstone site and assist the team in facilitating the planning and execution of site activities. You will be required to work at their Yarwun site from Monday to Friday (day shift only). Hours of work will usually be from 7.30am until 4pm plus reasonable overtime. 

The Site Administrator will report to the GM Manufacturing and will assist him in ensuring the required services on site are meticulously coordinated whilst being committed to upholding Alpha-HPA's safety, environmental and equal opportunity values.  

We would be really pleased to receive your application should you be well presented, articulate and possess: 

• Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
• Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail 
• Effective communication skills coupled with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. 
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing/heavy industry operational environment.
• High level of computer skills  (Microsoft Office Suite, SAP/MEX or similar)
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety awareness, 100% ability and commitment to conduct and adhere to health safety and environment policies and principles.
• C Class Driver's License (Essential)
• Previous knowledge of logistics around general and heavy freight
• Experience in managing, planning and organising contractors and service providers to supply
• Self-motivated, with a pro-active attitude and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Willingness to learn with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude and capable of working in a fast pace and changing environment.  

  
About Alpha HPA 
Alpha HPA Production Facility is the application of the company’s licensed Smart SX technology to produce a range of high purity aluminium products, most notably their Ultra High Purity Alumina, Ultra High Purity Precursors and Ultra Boehmite. 

These products will provide the raw materials used by leading decarbonisation growth industries including LED lighting and lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles.
