The Role
We're seeking a sharp and organised Contracts Administrator to support the commercial and operational functions of the business. This role will ensure our agreements, client documentation, and service contracts are well managed, timely, and compliant—supporting both our breeding operations and broader business ventures.
You'll work closely with the Director, external advisors, and service providers, and will have the opportunity to grow with the business as we continue to expand our national and international reach.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts including agistment, breeding, vendor, and service agreements
• Coordinate signatures and execution of contracts, maintaining clear version control
• Manage contract renewals, expiry dates, and ensure compliance milestones are tracked
• Liaise with legal and accounting professionals to maintain compliance and mitigate risk
• Support business operations with ad hoc documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Help streamline internal processes and contribute to system improvements
• Maintain a centralised register and secure digital filing of all documentation

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in contract administration, legal support, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional and discreet in handling sensitive commercial documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; comfort with digital filing systems
• Bonus points for experience in agriculture, equine services, or family business environments
