We are recruiting a Risk Surveyor to join our client's highly skilled, well‑established team. Suitable Candidates will have Insurance Risk Surveying/Consultancy experience, with and excellent knowledge of Property and/or Construction risks.
 
About the role

• Managing your own workload of Reinstatement Cost Assessment risk surveys.
• Workload and diary organisation.
• Managing and updating online portals to ensure information is recorded safely, promptly, and correctly.
• Production of reports through online systems
• Understand and utilise building rate information, online mapping tools and online measuring tools.
• Carrying out safe and correct property surveys, efficiently and accurately.
• Being a part of the surveying team in delivering a high-quality service.
• Ensuring that workloads are handled in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain high customer service levels.
• Build, maintain and enhance relationships with our clients.
• Integrate into our team and build positive relationships with colleagues.

• Fire and Perils - examining plans, construction and fire protection systems to assess the risks to a building and its contents would also be an advantage.

Candidates will have to attend meetings at the Surrey Head office 1 or 2 times a month. ALL candidates applying for this role MUST have a UK Insurance Risk Surveying background.
