A respected and expanding insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join its team in Gillingham, Dorset. This is a key client-facing role focused on managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of sectors.
 
The Role

• Manage and grow an established commercial portfolio, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice across a range of commercial insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify opportunities for account development and cross-selling.
• Work closely with broking and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Attend client meetings, renewals, and reviews, maintaining strong long-term relationships.

About You

• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive within insurance.
• Strong technical knowledge across core commercial lines.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded.
• Comfortable managing a varied portfolio and delivering high-quality advice.
