Key Responsibilities

• Client Servicing: Act as the main point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring high service standards.
• Policy Management: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support.
• New Business Support: Assist in generating new business opportunities, preparing quotes, and liaising with insurers.
• Portfolio Focus: Largely made up of property owners' risks, with the remainder across wider commercial lines.
• Documentation: Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with account executives and brokers to deliver tailored commercial solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Previous background in commercial insurance broking or account handling (2 years' minimum).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of property and commercial combined risks.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confidence in negotiating with insurers and clients
• Qualifications: Progression towards CII qualifications is often encouraged.
