Our client is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Adjuster to manage a portfolio of Employers' Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) claims across both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. You'll handle the full claims process, ensuring fair, timely, and cost-effective resolution while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, assess, and manage EL, PL, and TPPD claims from notification to settlement
• Conduct site visits where necessary (travel across ROI and NI required)
• Liaise with policyholders, brokers and third-party service providers
• Evaluate liability, quantum, and policy coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely claims records on company systems
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits and escalate complex cases appropriately
• Contribute to claims MI, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance 

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience handling EL, PL, and TPPD claims
• Strong knowledge of Irish and UK liability law
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote field-based caseload
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in claims systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Full clean driving licence and licensed to work across the ROI
