Key features of the role:

• Underwrite and retain profitable motor fleet business in line with underwriting strategy
• Operate within delegated authority and escalate complex risks appropriately
• Mentor junior underwriters, review referrals, and support development
• Contribute to pricing strategy and recommend rate adjustments
• Build and maintain broker relationships through regular engagement
• Represent Underwriting in management meetings and cross-functional forums

• Proven experience in motor fleet underwriting
