A highly respected and growing specialist insurance organisation is seeking a Claims Executive to join its Corporate & Commercial team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a dynamic mix of client-facing work, strategic claims oversight, and leadership.
 
What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end claims processes, including complex and contentious cases.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers.
• Leading negotiations and advocating for optimal settlement outcomes.
• Mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement.
• Visiting clients post-loss to build robust claims and ensure swift resolution.

 
What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in claims handling within Liability and Financial Lines.
• Strong background in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Brokerage experience and a consultative, client-first approach.
• Professional qualifications such as ACII or CILA.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
