A highly respected and growing specialist insurance organisation is seeking a Claims Executive to join its Corporate & Commercial team in Southampton or Maidstone. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a dynamic mix of client-facing work, strategic claims oversight, and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end claims processes, including complex and contentious cases.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers.
- Leading negotiations and advocating for optimal settlement outcomes.
- Mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement.
- Visiting clients post-loss to build robust claims and ensure swift resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 Years proven experience in claims handling within Commercial Insurance.
- Strong background in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Brokerage experience and a consultative, client-first approach.
- Professional qualifications such as ACII or CILA.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
