Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of insurance professionals, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop a strong understanding of Scheme Insurance products to provide expert guidance to the team and clients.
• Monitor and analyse team performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and meet Company objectives.
• Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering their professional development and skills enhancement.
• Collaborate with management to design and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance and client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, engage and guide a team towards achieving performance goals.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in insurance software/tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
