We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager for our client to lead and inspire a dynamic team at a highly regarded insurance broker based on the Hampshire/Dorset Border.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Extensive knowledge of property insurance (both commercial and consumer), customer service excellence, and compliance with FCA obligations.
Leadership Skills: Proven people management experience to lead both direct and indirect reports effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft applications and excellent verbal and written communication.
Qualifications: Minimum GCSE passes in English and Math (or equivalent), with A-Levels preferred.
