IT Support Technician - Bracknell
 
We're looking for an IT Support Technician to join a busy onsite IT team in Bracknell on a full-time contract basis.
You'll provide hands-on support to users across Windows and Mac devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support Microsoft 365 applications and assist with new starter IT onboarding.
We're looking for someone with:

• Previous IT Support, Desktop Support or Helpdesk experience
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Hardware/software troubleshooting experience
• Some Mac/iOS knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Location: Bracknell - 100% onsite, with occasional support in Basingstoke
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
