Waste Coordinator 

Our West Midlands based client is currently recruiting for a Waste Coordinator to ensure safe and compliant operations in a busy chemical environment
The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and familiar with analytical / testing methodologies used to accurately label chemical waste
Duties for this role will include :

• Liaising with Laboratory Analysts to confirm waste composition
• Managing a busy waste storage environment, ensuring accurate log book information is documented
• Ensuring safe sampling of waste products and coordination of subsequent laboratory testing
• Creating Safety Data Sheets
• Actively participating in waste compliance investigations

Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc in Chemistry (or similar) together with previous experience of working in a waste analysis environment
