QC Manager

This is an opportunity to join a globally renowned manufacturer, as a Quality Control Manager overseeing the Analytical department. You'll be responsible for managing a medium sized team and ensuring the upmost safety and quality of produced goods. These can range from hair care products to medical devices or OTC pharmaceuticals, making this a diverse role!
  
Some core requirements include

• Foster a quality culture in the Quality Control Laboratories, driving continuous improvement
• Manage the activities of the Quality Laboratories and Analytical Services (resources, production needs, deadlines etc.)
• Provide KPIs that communicate the QC Laboratory's performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and analyse systems and processes to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare Verification and Validation reports and other documentation such as SOPs
• Manage the Out of Specification program for non-compliant testing, including root cause analysis, investigations, CAPAs
• Participate in hiring processes
• Provide leadership, career coaching and mentoring to staff

  
Requirements

• Experience working independently is essential
• Team building and career coaching experience is essential
• Experience leading quality process improvements
• Proven experience in Quality Control (FMCG, Medical Devices)
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO22716 and ISO3485.
• Experience in data analysis
