About the Role
We are looking for support workers to work in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. The individuals we support have various intellectual, physical, and sometimes challenging behaviours. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking employment to join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and support.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Manual Handling/Hoisting: Providing physical support as needed
• Domestic Duties: Ensuring a clean and safe living environment
• Meal Preparation: Assisting with or preparing meals
• Medical Assistance: Providing support in unplanned or emergency medical situations
