Your Role as a Service Leader:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Hands-On Client Support: Provide direct support to clients as needed, including assisting with personal care, community engagement, and day-to-day activities, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compassion.
• Client Support Coordination: Collaborate with clients and their families to create, implement, and review individualised support plans that reflect their goals.
• Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, rostering, and daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Community Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and families to enhance community involvement and engagement.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in the disability or community services sector, with a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Sound knowledge of NDIS processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR certification, and a valid driving licence.
• A commitment to fostering inclusion and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued.
