Service Leader - Disability Support

At United Disability Care (UDC), we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to Love their Life and Live their Dreams. That starts with having the right people around them - people who genuinely care, lead by example, and want to make every day count.

We're looking for a passionate Service Leader who loves what they do, takes pride in delivering quality support, and is ready to make a bigger impact on the lives of the people we support.

This isn't just about managing a service. It's about building relationships, empowering others, supporting your team to succeed, and ensuring the people in our care receive the person-led support they deserve.

If you're looking for more than just a job and want to grow your career with a team that genuinely cares, we'd love to hear from you!

• Drive quality and compliance: Help maintain safe, consistent, high-quality support in line with UDC policies, procedures, and NDIS requirements.
• Lead by example: Bring our ICARE values of Integrity, Collaboration, Adaptability, Respect and Empathy to everything you do.
