United Disability Care is seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality support to a participant in a welcoming SIL environment.

What We're Looking for we are seeking experienced Support Workers who:
- Have solid experience working within the disability sector, particularly SIL environments
- Are available and comfortable working Overnight Sleepover shifts
- Are reliable, dependable and committed to their roster
- Have a genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
- Can build positive and respectful relationships with participants
- Are confident working independently and as part of a team
- Understand the importance of following support plans, routines and participant preferences
- Have strong communication and documentation skills
Mandatory requirements: - Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Hold a current Australia Driver Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

Participant-Specific Requirements:
This role supports a
female participant and includes assistance with personal care and the delivery of supports in a manner that maintains the participant's privacy, dignity, comfort and cultural preferences.
