United Disability Care is seeking experienced, reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality support to a participant in a welcoming SIL environment.

What We're Looking for we are seeking experienced Support Workers who:

• Have solid experience working within the disability sector, particularly SIL environments
• Are available and comfortable working Overnight Sleepover shifts
• Are reliable, dependable and committed to their roster
• Have a genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
• Can build positive and respectful relationships with participants
• Are confident working independently and as part of a team
• Understand the importance of following support plans, routines and participant preferences
• Have strong communication and documentation skills

Mandatory requirements:

• Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)
• Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Hold a current Australia Driver Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

Participant-Specific Requirements:
This role supports a female participant and includes assistance with personal care and the delivery of supports in a manner that maintains the participant's privacy, dignity, comfort and cultural preferences.

Accordingly, female applicants may be preferred for this position where permitted by applicable anti-discrimination legislation and in line with the participant's assessed support needs. Selection decisions will be based on skills, experience, capability and the requirements of the role.
