What You’ll Do: No two days are the same! You’ll lead, mentor, and support your team while also stepping in with hands-on care when needed. You’ll manage rosters, ensure smooth service delivery, and work closely with clients and families to create personalised, meaningful support. You’ll also build strong relationships with community networks to help clients achieve great outcomes.
Hours of Work: The successful candidate will be required to be available for
67 hours per fortnight (Permanent Part-Time), including
one sleepover shift each Tuesday, incorporating the associated
pre- and post-sleepover shifts, along with
Community Access duties.
You will also be allocated
4 hours per week of dedicated Service Leader time to complete administrative responsibilities. There is an
optional Saturday shift available each week, and you will receive
two rostered days off (RDOs) per week.
A confirmed roster will be provided to the successful candidate upon commencement.
What You’ll Bring: - Cert III or higher in Disability/Individual Support (or similar)
- Experience leading or mentoring a team (highly regarded)
- Background in disability or aged care, including personal care
- Understanding of NDIS standards and person-centred practice
- Strong communication, organisational & problem-solving skills
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR & Driver’s Licence
