We’re on the Hunt for Our Next Rockstar Roster Manager! Location: Robina, QLD

We’re thrilled to be looking for our next team leader — someone who’s organised, people-focused, and loves solving complex puzzles (a.k.a. rostering!). If you’ve got a knack for juggling schedules, leading a team, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading our amazing rostering team and keeping them motivated, supported, and organised.
• Creating rosters that run like clockwork, at least 2 weeks in advance. while keeping within SCHADS Award and NDIS guidelines.
• Being the go-to person for filling shift vacancies, sick calls, and tricky roster challenges.
• Auditing, reviewing, and tweaking processes to make our rostering smooth and efficient.
• Championing best-practice rostering and ensuring a happy, compliant workforce.
• Working closely with P&C and Payroll to make sure our staff and clients get the support they deserve.
• Occasional local and interstate travel to help our clients and support teams.

Who You Are:

• A natural problem solver who can think on your feet and juggle priorities like a pro.
• A team leader who loves mentoring, supporting, and getting the best out of your team.
• A master organiser with excellent attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks on your watch!
• Confident in your communication, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams.
• Experienced in rostering software (Carelink a bonus) and familiar with SCHADS award / disability sector compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in rostering, ideally in Disability or Aged Care.
• Administration experience and confidence in managing a high-functioning team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and making a positive impact.
• Vocational qualification in Business Administration or similar (highly desirable).
