United Disability Care (UDC) is spreading the Christmas cheer and looking for passionate, caring, and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our NSW SIL homes who are currently recruiting within these areas this festive season and beyond:
- Tweed Heads / Banora Point
- Ocean Shores
- Byron Bay / Ballina
- Myocum
- Burringbar

What You’ll Do - Support people with disabilities to live their best lives.
- Assist with daily living, community access, and social activities.
- Create fun, safe, and meaningful experiences for our participants over the holiday period.
What We’re Looking For - A big heart and a positive attitude!
- Experience in disability or community support (preferred but not essential).
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, and Driver’s Licence.
