About the Role We are currently seeking a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker to join our friendly team in Banora Point, NSW.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enjoy fulfilling lives.

A Little About You You’re someone who:

• Has experience supporting people with complex behaviours and mental health needs
• Is comfortable working with someone who smokes
• Enjoys playing soccer (bonus points if you can teach a few tricks!)
• Loves to draw, write jokes, and share a good laugh
• Appreciates a nice cup of coffee and a friendly chat

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting our amazing clients to live their best lives every day
• Assisting with personal care and community activities (including some fun outings!)
• Helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and supportive home environment
