About the Role As a Support Worker in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that empowers participants to live with independence, dignity, and joy.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting participants with daily living activities and personal care
• Promoting independence and community involvement
• Building strong, respectful relationships with participants and families
• Maintaining accurate documentation and upholding participant privacy

✅ Male support worker – due to participant needs (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) – current and valid
✅ First Aid & CPR Certificate – current
✅ Driver’s Licence – essential
✅ Previous customer service or support experience – great, but not required
