A day in the life of a Service Leader:No two days are the same. As a Service Leader, you’ll mentor and support your team, while stepping in to provide direct care when needed – from daily living and personal care to community activities. You’ll manage rosters and scheduling to keep services running smoothly and work closely with clients and their families to design individualised care plans that make a difference. Along the way, you’ll build meaningful relationships with families, community networks, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.  
What you’ll bring:  - Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification
- Experience leading or mentoring a team (Team Leader/Site Leader background highly regarded)
- Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access
- Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred approaches
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and a valid Driver’s Licence
