We’re now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Roster Clerk, located in our beautiful Robina head office QLD, to join our supportive team and help us deliver services that truly make a difference.
The Role
As a Roster Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our services run smoothly by coordinating accurate, efficient, and compliant staff rosters. Working closely with the Payroll, People and Culture, and Client Services teams, you’ll help match the right support workers to the right shifts, while balancing award compliance, service needs, and team wellbeing.
Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly will make you an essential part of keeping our services running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate rosters to ensure timely service delivery.
- Work with Payroll and P&C teams to support award compliance.
- Respond to roster-related queries with professionalism and care.
- Assist with system updates, reporting, and audits.
- Contribute to process improvements and support UDC’s commitment to best practice.
What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who thrives on organisation and loves working in a busy, collaborative environment. The skills that will help you succeed include:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in using computer systems (Microsoft Office essential; rostering/payroll systems desirable).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award, payroll, or HR processes (advantageous but not essential).
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
All candidates must hold the right to work in Australia, a current driver’s licence, and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
