Support Worker – Permanent Part-Time (SIL) | Myocum NSW, Byron Shire

At United Disability Care (UDC), we help people live their best lives. We’re guided by our ICARE values and are looking for a friendly, caring, and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Myocum.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting people with mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Your role will include:

• Personal care
• Active overnight support
• Helping with daily tasks
• Community participation
• Behaviour support (if needed)

Roster Options
Roster 1 – 43 hours/fortnight
Week 1:

• Mon & Tue: 10 PM – 6 AM (Nunyara Active)
• Fri: 3 PM – 10 PM

Week 2:

• Tue: 9 AM – 1 PM
• Wed & Thu: 10 PM – 6 AM

Roster 2 – 45 hours/fortnight
Week 1:

• Mon: 9 AM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 2 PM
• Wed & Thu: 10 PM – 6 AM

Week 2:

• Mon & Tue: 10 PM – 6 AM
• Fri: 2 PM – 10 PM

About You

• Positive and caring attitude
• Comfortable with early starts and overnight shifts
• Able to start at 9 AM if needed

Must Have:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience is a bonus, but not essential
