Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our amazing Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Coolangatta, QLD on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role as a Support Worker at UDC, you’ll be supporting individuals living with a disability to live independently and achieve their goals – all while promoting choice, dignity, and respect. You'll work within a supportive and collaborative team who truly care about the people they support and each other.

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly, fun, and bubbly personality
• A passion for empowering others
• Customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• A valid driver’s licence
