We’re currently looking for a compassionate and energetic Support Worker to join our amazing SIL team in Burringbar, New South Wales.

About the Role
You’ll be supporting five wonderful male participants in a supported independent living (SIL) home. This is a permanent part-time position with a Master Roster of 52 hours per fortnight, including a variety of morning, afternoon, overnight, and sleepover shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
• Meal preparation and light domestic duties
• Community access (appointments, outings, social activities)
• Supporting the development of daily living skills and promoting independence

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Energetic and enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently

You must have:

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• A current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• A valid driver’s licence
