What You’ll Do as a Service Leader:

• Lead and Inspire
  Guide your team of passionate Disability Support Workers to deliver compassionate, person-centred support that changes lives.
• Be Hands-On
  Jump in where needed—support clients with daily living, community engagement, and personal care with professionalism and empathy.
• Shape Support Plans
  Collaborate with clients and families to create tailored care plans that empower people to reach their goals.
• Keep it Running Smoothly
  Manage daily operations, scheduling, and rostering to ensure services are delivered seamlessly.
• Be a Community Connector
  Build trust and relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders—because together, we’re stronger.

  
What You Bring to the Table:

• Certificate 3 or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care (highly recommended)
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding teams – Previous experience as a Team/Site or Service Leader (Desired but not essential)
• Experience working within Disability Support/Aged Care with knowledge and training within Personal Care, Domestic Duties, Community Access and Manual Handling.
• A solid grasp of NDIS standards, compliance, and processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and a driver’s licence.
• A belief in inclusive, respectful, and person-focused care.
