Your Day-to-Day as a Service Leader:

• Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers
• Step in to provide direct care when needed—daily living, personal care, and community support
• Coordinate and oversee scheduling, rostering, and day-to-day service delivery
• Develop individualised care plans with clients and their families
• Build trust and collaborate with families, community partners, and stakeholders

What You Bring:

• Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Individual Support
• Leadership skills with experience guiding teams (Team Leader/Site Leader experience ideal)
• Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access
• Solid understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred care
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Driver’s Licence
