My Gateway has a client looking for 2 business administration trainees to work in their IT department and in their site offices.
Our client is Australia's largest privately owned electrical company, working primarily with large private and government owned projects and buildings, shopping centres, hospitals, data centres etc.
Based in Rydalmere, this is a great team of industry leaders!
As part of these traineeships, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration while you gain skills and experience. This qualification will allow further progression into studies and/or continuing employment, the journey will take you as far as you desire!
1. The IT Administration Trainee will be responsible for maintaining the general administration functions of the IT department including ordering, asset management, reconciliation of invoicing and statements, and assisting other staff with answering telephone calls. You will manage the transition of assets and licenses between departments and branches and as such will be working closely with administration staff from around the business.
2. The Site Administration Trainee will assist with business and support the office team and site office teams. You will provide Reception for the site office, ordering, spreadsheets, collecting data, time sheets, asset list collation etc
You will start in head office (Rydalmere) for training for 2-3 months and will then go to site.
